Firstly, sort out that mirror. Make sure it is clean before you take a photo of yourself in it. It will stop blur and help the camera focus better.

Next, make sure the camera actually focuses on you.

The pose is at least slightly different from the usual myspace type photo. I have no idea why you are pulling back your top, it would imply you were revealing something but there is nothing there but bare flesh. It is not alluring in anyway, though I presume it is meant to look "sexual" it does not work as you do not have breasts and your legs are exposed.

The fact you are not looking into the lense suggests that you are trying to seem detatched from the photo. However you are looking at the screen on the camera phone which completely breaks any such illusion.

The lighting is flat, and/or over exposed.

I would also suggest selecting something plainer to use as a background. It will make you stand up. Bathrobes are no background for a camera where no depth of field is possible.

Overall, this photo excudes arrogance and makes you seem like you act better than others (the face held upwards helps imply this).

It is, however, unexciting artistically in everyway, bar the fact it can be held up and used as an example of how not to do a self portrait with a camera phone.
